Adalius Thomas Back To The Ravens?

The only way we could consider it is if we were considerably lighter at LB, and suffered a season ending injury or two on top of it. The combination of declining skills, egotism, disrespect toward us, and terrible locker room presence/dedication in New England is a killer of anything but the most desperate signing.

That being said, was he *necessarily* wrong about our "too many stars" locker room? Under the late Billick regime, when you see the infamous Lions game, '07 Patriots game, apparent loss of control by the coaches and arrogation of control by guys like Ray (who had some questionable comments himself during last offseason), he probably had a point (that he should've kept to himself anyway). That stuff's over now, though, and with the descent of AD and rise of the Purple, he looks quite the fool. Rex Ryan was maybe his last chance at a job, and they signed Jason Taylor, which they might've done even after AD was let go.

I guess Mike Nolan (is he with the Saints still?) might give him a shot. Mike seems like a non-smiling, no-nonsense type of guy to me, though, not a tolerant jolly fellow like Rex.

You definitely make a good point....no one can blame AD for feeling the way he did about things. He was not wrong for that.

But there are many ways to handle any given situation, and AD could have handled his particular situation much better than he did.

I think the general consensus is that we appreciate and enjoyed having AD here, but he burned his bridges and now has to suffer the consequences of not being able to return (if he ever had that intention in the first place).

Mike Nolan is in Miami now, after spending the last one or two seasons in Denver. I could see him giving Thomas a shot. Even though the Dolphins added Dansby, there's not a lot of depth at LB there.

They got Crowder and Dansby, and theyre going to let Cameron Wake start full time now at either ROLB or LOLB.
