I dont know Spre is getting up there in age himself. Maybe you guys could go after Vince Carter. They gotta be looking to move him next, not that he isnt getting old himself.

But to get Carter we'd probably have to give up a starter or a few reserves and a draft pick.

Spree should finally play for the NBA minimum. and he would just be part of the rotation, he wouldn't have to put the team on his back on either end of the court, as he did at some of his former teams. That said, our D is lagging behind our offense , (which isn't surprising when you have hedo turkoglu and rashard lewis at 3 & 4) and latrell being the fiery competitor that he is, he would get the guys motivated on D.

On that note, Dwight howard recorded his sixth 20-20 game of this season against the nuggets.

I'm not sure. Think he's shooting for after the All-Star break but before the playoffs, but his knee's weird.

It'll be great if Butler can come back immediately after the break to get the Wizards back above .500, then have Arenas around for the final push and the playoffs.

Yeah, I dont like the Wizards. If they were still in Baltimore I would cheer for them but since their not, I am a Lakers fan.

what's not to like about the wizards? Gilbert Arenas is an exciting playmaker, and you even get the odd round of boxing with Brendan Haywood and Etan Thomas!

Because they used to be the Baltimore Bullets and no offense to anyone here but I dont really get along with folks from D.C. For Baltimore and D.C. to be so close to one another the cities have completely different cultures.

But think about it, look at what they're doing to him.

They wont play him but they wont trade him to a team that will play him.

See, here in the states we have what's called a Constitution. In that Constitution we have Amendments, the first ten of which are referred to as the Bill of Rights. The Fifth Amendment states that nobody can be forced testify against him or herself...something like that. Pleading the fifth is legally refusing to answer a question that may be incriminating against you.
