Can't see the video, but Marines typically do not have stuff stitched to their sleeves in camo, unless it's an American Flag. They'll also ALWAYS have an Eagle, Globe and Anchor emblem on their left breast pocket.

You can also tell by examining their overall appearance. If they look squared away from top to bottom then they are Marines. If they look like bags of (poop) then they are likely from another service (Army or Navy). If they look too happy and aren't doing very much, then they are definitely Air Force. lol
