I'd vote for Bayless too, if he counts as a commentator. He just hates on everything, trashes Ray Lewis at every oppurtunity, and called our defensive tackles from 2000 "elephants." Would love to see a Tony Siragusa vs. Skip Bayless cage match.

I voted other. Skip Bayliss is easily to me the worst NFL commentator. He has no idea what he is ever talking about.

And if this asked for college, i would say Lou Holtz. He always picks the underdog.

I agree with the Skip Bayless vote. And that is where my vote would go.

The chump is a total idiot and is always mad at the world for whatever reason. I never knew his name all these years until they happened to flash it on the screen while he was makin' an a$$ of himself a few days ago.

I usually avoid any channel he may be spewing his worthless comments on.

Actually, I could say that about most of the selections on this poll but Skippy takes the cake for being the absolute worst.

As for the NFL games, Dan Dierdork, Cornhoser and Collingsworthless are among the worst.

As for Joe Theisman, I kind of like him. So I wouldn't even have him on this list.

This is funny, because I hate the Redskins, and for the names I knocked, I rooted for the old St. Louis Cardinals and the 80's Cincinnati Bengals. So, go figure.

I always watch 1st and Ten just to see what ridiculous comment hes making. His hate for LeBron is just Pitiful.

I voted Madden but I think I'd change it to Theisman. I really really dislike that guy cuz he's such an arrogent s.o.b. Jimmy Kimmel was right to make fun of him.

Madden is certifiably crazy but at least his nonsensical jibber jabber is somewhat entertaining.

I really dislike Chris Collinsworth. He usually underdogs the Ravens and calls our team a bunch of frauds...On the same note i really like Boomer Esiason. He tells you how it is. Gives it a real depht look at what the problems are on teams. Kinda funny how they were teammates but are totally different from one another. And no I'm not sucking up to Boomer because hes a Maryland boy!!

I voted Collinsworth, BUT: I've always liked Joe Buck (well, since the WS in 1996 -Yanks/Braves. I loved his, "Back, at the track, at the wall, we are tied" call after Jim Leyritz' HR). HOWEVER, he annoyed the $%^*@ poop out of me yesterday. He was putting words in officials mouths, trying desparately to make something out of nothing with meaningless stats and talking about off-topic material while the game is going on, etc. Pair him with Aikman and it's enough to drive you nuts. To be honest most of these guys are annoying. Why can't they cut down on the commercials and give us FOOTBALL commentary. I could care less about (this years) most anticipated series in "The Terminator." The players play 60 minutes of Football and we're subjected to THREE HOURS of garbage commentary, a boat load of commercials with a football game sort of peppered in here and there (i.e, Kickoff-commercial. One series - Commerical, Time-out...commercial...UGH)!

I dont really care for Boomer either but this season he was the only one I could tolerate due to the love affair the media has with the Patriots. Boomer has always had a love affair with Tom Brady and the Pats. At least he's consistant.

If I actually have that lame show on, I'll only listen to the other opinion. As soon as it's his turn to speak, or if he butts in, I quickly switch the channel. His opinion is completely worthless.

As for the rest of these guys, I don't watch enough pre-game or halftime shows to know enough about the Baldshaws, etc. I get my football talk fix by watching the videos from BaltimoreRavens.com. That's all I really care about anymore. Baltimore Football talk. Not the rest of the NFL.
