Quote Box In Article Comments

How do I make those quote boxes in comments on the main articles? You know, the ones where you quote directly what someone else said and it appears with a little box with who made the quote and when, etc. inside your comment.

Click on the "Reply" button at the bottom of the post you're trying to quote. You can then remove any parts that you aren't replying to.
