Is Heap Done If Both Rookie TE's Are Solid In Camp?

It's hard to tell if Heap is going to decline slowly or just fall off a cliff, so these two rookies need to be put on a steep learning curve and get some game time under their belts.

He will be mostly blocking, we won't use him that much in the middle of the field. but he will be utilized in the redzone plenty.

It won't matter how well they play. Heap's not going anywhere until after this season anyway.

i agree! plus, i am sure that Heap welcomes the "rookies" to the squad because now he can get some needed rest between downs and become a mentor to those cats.
