I'm fascinated to see what he can do for us on the field, if he develops well, we're set on the interior for the next decade.

unlike most, i dont want to see him slim down to 330. one of his most dominate characteristics is his size, and how agile he is for that size. while losing weight will make him quicker, provide more stamina, and make him healthier i think he'll lose his most dominant attribute.

I'd like to see him at 340-345. that way hes still big enough to collapse a pocket on his own, but will be lighter, quicker, and healthier than what hes used to. At 330, while thats still pretty darn big, i think he becomes just another above average tackle. at 345 hes dominant bc no one can handle that size.

Ya I agree I dont want him to slim down too much, like people have stated he's dominant because hes so damn big but can still move to an extent a man his size could possibly be able to. Wilfork is good because hes like 7 feet wide, plays with a mean streak, and has a good first step, and thus you have to double team him.

Slimming down is a good thing for this kid. Do you guys think it was his fat that was making him eat up 2 blockers each time, no it was his strength. He is solely aiming to lose FAT and gain MUSCLE, this in turn will make Terrence Cody stronger, faster, lighter. IT IS A GOOD THING YOU GUYS, HE WON'T BE LOSING ANY STRENGTH WHEN HE GETS RID OF THE BLUBBER!

But weighing more makes his job easier. It's not easy to move a 360 pound man, even when they're not pushing back.

Which is why he is going to bulk up with more muscle after he gets rid of all his whale fat lol.

It's not how you look it's how you play. Look at Vernon Gholston.

Minnesota has the Williams Wall but the Ravens could quickly find themselves with a ____________ insert clever nickname here.

I actually think this is quite clever but it may be hard for so many to actually swallow. If we were a NY team it may be more easily accepted. Just my stupid 2 cents worth.
