Ed Reed Had Surgery On His Hip

12 posts in this topic

Reports are coming in from WNST twitter account that Reed had surgery

Various local media reporting that Ed #Reed had hip surgery recently. More details to come...
Concerning Reed, this is "nothing to see here." He had a hip injury, and was going to do SOMETHING about it...
The "procedure" was not considered to be significant according to a source close to Ed, and should have no effect on upcoming season.

Nice. I just saw this on PFT. Glad to see Reed doing everything necessary to return to the field and play for a couple more years.

Great to hear Ed is coming back.

Now he needs to try and get revenge on Hines Ward for that helmet-to-hit from a few years ago.

Apparently the doctor found a floating piece of bone, and couldn't believe that Ed had finished the season.

He feels like he's 25 again, YES!

Wow. Just read that. He was working out the day after surgery and feels like the DPOTY self?

Excellent news!

Excellent news indeed. If Reed is feeling that good, I can't wait to see what he does this year. Rack up some more interceptions and touchdowns, Ed.

this should just make people more aware of how special a team the ravens are an of the type of players that we bring in. people always want to look at the negative but really were more than a team were like a family. im sorry but i dont see any other teams with players who are injuried still lining up like ours. flacco, heap, and reed to name a few players who dispite injuired still scarifice for the team. this is why i could never love another team as much as the ravens.
