Jamal Lewis Returns?

I mean like a good 3rd string back to replace Matt Lawrence who isn't even active for all the games. I for one think it's a great idea! What do you think?

I don't think that would be a good move. Matt Lawrence is not our third string RB, here's our lineup at that position:

1) Ray Rice
2) Willis McGahee
3) Jalen Parmele (who is a pretty good special teams player and can develop into a stud at RB)
4) Matt Lawrence

My concern is which runningback do you get rid of?? If you get rid of Lawrence, Lewis would just fill in the 4th slot, because youth becomes before veteran (especially busted up vets who are past prime).

It's not a position of need and there would be more drama and money involved than is worth the trouble.

Lawrence plays special teams and I routinely saw him around the ball before he went down.

Totally agree. That's the only capacity in which I can see Jamal returning. Is the Ring of Honor in his future?

Should be. He only had three seasons I'd call memorable but one led to a Super Bowl and the other was historic.

Amen! We're set at RB. We've got a good mix of speed, grit, and determination...not to mention some good depth and special teams involvement. Don't mess with success.
