I seriously started to believe that Brett Favre was destined to go to the superbowl , and go out on top being the monsters which are the Patriots. Then Retire. There was a purpose for all the years of contemplating retirement.

That one sure went out the window, when he threw that overtime pick.

The last Super Bowl he won was against New England. Despite the score, he dominated them. I think he would have been dominated if he'd gone up against them this year and that would have sucked to watch. My Dad and several of my friends are Giants fans, but all I wanted was the team that represented the NFC to be able to beat the Pats in the SB. Believe it or not, I think the Giants have an honest chance. I just hope the refs keep it fair.

I have a gut feeling the Giants are going to pull out a win.

Feel free to throw this back in my face, you'll probably be able to on February 4th.

I have that same feeling. We may come to find it's just wishful thinking, but I hope not. I really want to make that trip to N.E. so I can photograph the tears.

Just remembering that one game where the giants almost pulled it off against the pats, just like us, but lost by three. Is the pats' magic number three or something??? seriously...anyways, I hope the giants win, they have a good chance.

That's how I felt about the Jaguars & San Diego.

I felt the Jaguars could definitely beat the Patriots but not so much the Chargers with their up and down performances throughout the season. I would like to see the Giants win it all but with all biases aside I woulndn't mind seeing the Patriots win the Super Bowl for a 4th time and cap off what would historically be arguably one of the greatest season's played by an NFL team and certainly mark the Pat's place among the greatest sport's franchises.

Nope, I bet the Pats fans across the hall 40 bucks that the Gaints pull off the upset. Probably, wasnt a smart bet but the last time they played they almost did it until those damn refs got in the way.

Sounds good. Anyone else? Ragnorok and I are going on a exhibition to photograph the Cheatus Whinerus in its native habitat of New England. I've heard they are plenty this time of year and that recent events have them especially somber. This is a trip for the ages! A chance to photograph and collect the actual tears of a cheat-whiner!

I know one family of classy Patriots fans I feel sorry for--despite the 3 rings this decade, 18-1 has to suck.

As for the rest, I have my popcorn ready.

They're staying home reviewing the SB for flaws in the officiating. This way they can present their case before congress about the REAL problem in sports: "The Patriots should always win." "It's a travesty a sham and a Mochery!......It's a Traveshamockery!"

That's like saying the refs are too lenient on the Ravens.

Like me saying it, or like them saying it?

Well either would have to be called a liar, since the Ravens are always one of the most heavily penalized team in the league. One time a Browns fan accused the refs of giving the game to the Ravens, all I could do was laugh before sucker-punching him right in the gut.

(That last part didn't actually happen)

well seeing how the Superbowl has already come and gone.....and seeing as though the Giants are World Champions...i think its all said and done.....Giants are teh Champs bottomline of it all, that is.....until next season rolls around and once again, all 32 teams will be back in the mix and the fray of things and vying for those crucial play off spots and aiming to move on.
