It was a throwaway line, the song doesn't have anything to do with Big Ben other than that punchline. The overall song is just a mixtape track to build hype for his next album.

He basically says the story is true - whether that's a rip coming from Eminem, is debatable based on opinion. Like someone already said, I doubt the Rooney family sees it as anything but a blast at the family values.

Yea i can say that was a really good one...oh well big ben is such an easy target for rappers now lol. Eminems new cd is really good. If you like rap check it out, if you havent already
