Kindle Vs Cody

17 posts in this topic

Espn U will be re-airing the BCS title game tomorrow at 8pm. So for anyone that hasn't gotten a chance to see either Kindle or Cody play in college, you'll get to see them play in the most important game of thier careers up to this point.

Also Friday night at 12am(Saturday morning) Espn U will also re-air the Ohio State vs Oregon Bowl game, so you'll actually get to see game action of Dickson and not just highlights.

Not sure how many people are interested in this or even have ESPN U, just thought i'd post to gave a heads up.

Any reason?

Thanks for the heads up OP.

Kindle's highlights and lowlights of the N.C. are available on YouTube but it will be nice to see some other plays he made or didn't make.

Anybody have the game film of the Florida/Alabama game with Cody vs Pouncey. Thats a game I'd like to see, it even is directly relevant to our division that matchup. The BCS Championship game is basically Kindle beasting for 3/4 of the night lol.

True dat. Watching the game, I was paying more attention to Ingram, Richardson and Jones but at least once a series, Kindle flashed his special athleticism.

Me too, I don't find it as exciting as NFL football. The talent levels are much different and the drop-offs between conferences are significant. None of that in the NFL.. excluding the Lions, Raiders, and Rams of course.

Yeah kindle pretty much destroyed our tackle and got pressure on McElroy one of the reason we had to run it so much as for the florida game from what i saw pouncey had to get help most of the night to handle Cody and Cody bless him tried to chase down Tebow.

And now Pouncey will be lining up at C for Pittsburgh. I like the way this is stacking up for Mount Cody and Ngata!!

Marshall. I need to see more Marshall. The man, the myth, the legend...Ashton Hall.

J/K - thanks OP I will actually check it out. PSU fan so I can certainly watch college football and now I'll have good reason to watch two teams I otherwise hate (and respect).

Could that be due to the fact that you went to Georgetown? College football is amazing, especially going to see a big game live. Don't hate.

Interesting Rotoworld reports on Kindle and Cody:

http://www.rotoworld.com/Content/clubhouse_news.aspx?sport=NFl&majteam=BAL
Ravens team doctors did not red-flag second-rounder Sergio Kindle despite four procedures on the pass rusher's right knee.

"Our doctors are very conservative," said director of player personnel Eric DeCosta. "They failed 15 players that were drafted in the first two days." Other teams obviously shied away from Kindle, though we've yet to see substantiated reports of a microfracture surgery. We have no reason to believe he'll be held back in 2010.

Second-round pick Terrence Cody will start off behind NT Kelly Gregg while working on his pass rush.

Cody is a ready-made NFL run-stuffer -- Alabama never allowed a 100-yard rusher with Cody in the lineup -- but has zero movement skills. Gregg is likely to keep the job after playing exceedingly well against the run last year, and chipping in three sacks while leading all Ravens linemen in tackles (64). Cody figures to be more of a factor in 2011, when he's in better shape.

That's the reason I don't watch Rewind on NFL Network. Cutting the game up for time restrictions ruins the flow of the game, makes it feel way too choppy.
