Sports Illustrated's 2011 Mock Draft

I wasn't expecting to see a 2011 Mock Draft until... well... after the 2011 season. But eh, apparently SI's done it already. Interestingly enough, they have the Ravens going to the Super Bowl, losing to the Saints and picking Texas Corner, Curtis Brown. All in all though, I'm not too thrilled with it. Not to mention I think it's entirely too early. See for yourself.

[Clutch Ravens]

The guy who threw that together is a joke.

1st - He had to guess EVERY team's record in 2010.

2nd - He had to guess the development of EVERY prospect that could enter the daft next year.

3rd - He had to guess which underclassmen would declare for the draft.

4th - After a season a prospect can be ranked among the elite, then have a down season and go undrafted. Prime example being Mississippi's Jevan Snead. People thought he could be the first Quarterback taken in the 2010 draft with a Junior season much like his Sophomore season.

Finally, the guy needs his head checked. Could he find nothing better to do than to make a mockery of himself?

It's just for fun, give the guy a break... While it is a ridiculous undertaking, why not make one? They aren't called "Mock" drafts for nothing.

Yeah, Fitz got away scot free last year because Troy took the curse. Nobody else is on there to save Brees' rear this year, it sounds silly but the curse has worked without fail every year. The Saints can kiss their season goodbye.

I also don't get the Ryan Mallett 1st overall. Am I the only one that thinks he's the white Jamarcus Russell?

we play the saints in the regular season... what are the chances that the curse comes true when cody lands on brees?

You should have seen the SI mock draft of everyone, it was a complete joke. It had us Sam Bradford while everyone on our roster was still available lol. How many people here have a subscription to SI along with me? I got mine free when I ordered a few things on NFL shop, along with a nice Ravens raincoat.

I saw that.... They had Matt Ryan taken @ 16 but Flacco not taken in round 1.... they had Reed not even selected in the first... idk if I saw Ray Lewis on there or not.... They had Suh Mccoy & Bradford taken before any of our people..... hell I don't think even Ray Rice was taken in the first... and he was like the 2nd best back this year
