Sonnen had it in the bag until he got careless. He's really eating his words after all that smack.

Let's get Jon Jones lined up for UFC 122! (The first UFC PPV without a lineup)

Dos Santos won't be fighting Lesnar because Brock is going to be put down by Cain Velasquez. :)

Blasphemy! haha no seriously if Carwin cant turn off Lesnars lights then no-one can.

As for Sonnen, he deserved to lose. Talking that much smack against a past his prime Champion then choking in the last second is exactly what he deserves. Next up for Silva?

Ochocinco!

What do you mean the first UFC event with no lineup?
[/quote]
They set up the fights a few PPVs in advance. All the fights (not including possible withdraws) have been confirmed up until UFC 121 (Brock and Cain). They just haven't been announced by the UFC yet.

Looks like B.J is falling off just like Silva. I hate when a young lion takes down an old lion and says it's because he's a superior fighter and not due to the age of the opponent.

Why is he all of a sudden considered old now? Ever since before the first Edgar and Penn fight BJ was always known as the best lightweight. This isn't him all of a sudden being old, he just got outclassed by a better fighter, again.

Looks like Toney flipped the switch and turned off his lights a little too soon.

James Toni got man-handled by Randy. I give him props though for stepping into the Octagon. At least he was a boxer willing to back up his smack talk...even if he came up short.

Did you guys hear them talking about Shaq training in MMA for several years now??? I had no idea. He would be a massive heavyweight.

B.J isn't the same fighter he was in his 20's. Same with Spider.

I heard about Shaq thinking about MMA for a while now but honestly what weight division and what league would he fight in, he is a massive man don't think he could make 265.

The takedown Couture pulled on Toney made me laugh, it was the first time I've witnessed someone take someone down by there heel pretty much lol.

Yea that's true, but what I though was real lame was how Penn pretty much let him beat on him for 5 rounds. It looked like he didn't even care, he was the aggressor for about 4 minutes of the whole fight. He wasn't getting any instructions from his corner and he did nothing to change up his gameplan. I even heard Joe Rogan mention throughout the fight that he doesn't like how BJ is just wilting and letting Edgar do what he wants. First time I've seen Penn with no fire, he also looked chubby and out of shape. Even in the GSP fight he showed much more heart and actually fought back.
