Wow never coming back hey, that sucks as I thought he was a great fighter and I liked him a bit. It was pretty obvious that Koscheck was scared to stand with him after he got tagged just a few times, so he just layed on him for the whole fight pretty much, still no excuse to pop him after the fight though.

I thought we were going to have the same thing as last time but wow was it not. They we`re going after eachother and Shogun put him down hard. I liked how he knew he KO`d him and he was getting off of him before the ref was even starting to react haha.

Dana is cracking down on stuff like that crap after the Koscheck fight(hate that dude lol),UFC is getting huge and they do not want the bad press of stuff like the late hits ,I mean they had a preshow on ESPN2.After the brawl that happened on the nationally televised Strikeforce show a few weeks back,Dana don't want that becomming a reality on UFC.
I think I have only seen one after fight brawl in UFC and it was after Tank vs Kimo.Have seen arguing but only one swinging I still cant wait til July 3.

Personally I think people love to see the brawls and cheapshots, it's no different to shoving contests at the weigh-ins.

BTW, Andrei Arlovski sucked in "Universal Soldier : Regeneration" lol. I couldnt even finish the movie. Didnt even look close enough to the cover to know that Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren were in it. Avoid at all costs.

Carwin is the single hardest puncher I've ever seen, he has punch weight like Foreman and Shavers but generates explosive short area speed and torque like Tyson. I would say even at heavyweight he's pound for pound the hardest puncher, even over guys like Rampage and BJ.

If you think Brock Lesnar fights then I have to say it but you must of missed out on A LOT of great fights, what was Lesnar in, 1 entertaining fight? I can't wait to see Carwin drop one of those BOMBS on his chin, and believe me they are bombs. Lesnar will not be standing up for this fight because if he tries to he is going to hit the mat. Boy I can't wait for Rashad and Rampage, now that will be an entertaining fight.

I would be highly surprised if Lesnar tries to stand with him because like you said he will probably lose that. Rashad and Rampage, I can't wait for that either! Two guys who hate each other is always a good fight. Too bad the winner has to fight Shogun and I don't think either of them can beat him .

In other news its been a while since I posted so GO SHOGUN!!!!!!!!!!! Was so excited to see him whip on Machida. I don't mind Machida but I felt like he lost the first fight and I love Shogun. Shogun is back to his old self it seems, which is bad news for the 205 division. That guy is a monster and seems to be hitting his prime now. Can't wait for some of the 205 matchups in the future.

For those who hate Koscheck don't worry he will get beatdown in his next fight . They are putting him and GSP as the coaches in the next Ultimate Fighter, so I can't really see him beating GSP this time.

Seems all the guys in the lower end of the Heavyweight spectrum are just dropping down to 205, even Mir wants to take on Silva at a catchweight. Carwin and Brock are untouchable.

It's kind of funny for all the wrestling that is on Koscheck's resume how bad he was out wrestled by GSP in the first fight. The wrestling is fairly even between the two but Koscheck doesn't have near as good as stand up or jujitsu as GSP. I can't wait to see him show him up bad again, hoping for a KO this time as it would be nice to see Koscheck hit the mat.

What is your guys' favourite weight division? Mine would have to be the middleweight because they are small enough they most always have the cardio to take it the distance, but they also have the ability to finish the fight as well because the power is there at Middleweight.

Light heavy and middle.

Koscheck himself said he wanted some tuneup fights, probably to try bridge the gap. Personally I think it's going to take a miracle for him to beat GSP.

Honestly? Every division but heavyweight. I like some of the Heavyweight guys but normally don't like there fights that much. I really like Light Heavyweight though so i guess thats my "favorite". Shogun is freaking awesome to watch and there is so much competition in that bracket. Man I hope they let Silva have a shot at Shogun. Would be nice to see Silva get beat badly . 170 lb isn't as fun to watch for me anymore(even though i love GSP) just because I don't think there is any competition in that bracket.

@Bloodraven I agree with your comment about Koscheck beating GSP...heck I think it would take a miracle for anyone to beat him right now. That miracle being a lucky punch. Anyone can get knocked out but he is so good its hard to see it happening.

If you watch WEC at all check out the 145 lb division. They have some amazing fights there. Between Aldo,Faber, Mike brown and some of the other young guys. Also watch for Ben Henderson and Donald Cerrone both of them fight at 155 (i believe) and they are both exciting as hell. I will say that there first fight is probably the best five round fight I have ever seen.

That's a good way to gameplan against Rampage though as he doesn't check leg kicks.

I am hoping for a Rampage win myself, also. Rampage probably wants another shot at Shogun, even though the first time wasn't good at all for him. I don't think either of them is going to beat Shogun anyways. But I am as biased as they come when it comes to the Gun! Either way cant wait til lsaturday night to see the Rampage/Evans fight. "Little Nog" is fighting to want to see if he is still as good as he used to be.

Shogun is a really bad matchup for Rampage, he spams leg kicks like crazy.

Unbelievable, I cannot believe he didn't finish that, all he had to do was keep dropping bombs after he fell into guard and it would have been finished. NO IDEA what he was thinking letting him get up and recover with 2 minutes left in the fight when all Rashad did in the first 2 rounds we're hold Rampage up against the fence, I was extremely disappointed with the Main event yet again. Rashad's last few fights have been pretty bunk, he was obviously scared to stand up and trade with Rampage as there was basically no boxing in this match.

That dude is angry. Pardon my lack of knowledge on the name of his opponent, but he lost early in his career (it's still early in his career... 'earlier')to this guy and then got a rematch recently... in which he proceeded to brutally hold the guy down and beat him to a pulp. He seemed very angry.

Do they steroid test in MMA? HGH? That guy is freaky big.

I wouldn't stand in front of a cannon either. Rampage has two pistons attached to his shoulders - there was no reason for Rashad to stand in front of them. Besides, Rashad was in better condition for the fight and abused Rampage's mobility. Ali used the tactic against powerhouse fighters too. Why can't Rashad?

Because this is MMA and the point is to beat your opponent. Rashad would throw a single punch and hold him up against the fence for 2 rounds. Who the heck wants to watch that on a MAIN EVENT after paying $50.00 to watch. Rashad has looked like a bum his last few fights, VERY BORING.
