New Xbl Update

Wow, a really great move my Microsoft. Great for the lower budget gamer that doesn't have a Hard Drive. I have a 250gb hdd on my Jasper 360 and still need more space, haha. I put in my 16GB patriot flash drive into the 360. Formatted it, and proceeded to Install Madden 10 onto it. Believe it or not the loading times are much faster than they are on the hard drive. No hickups at all. Flash memory or solid state memory is very fast.

You can install games to the Flash drives, and also add Arcade games to them, and even game saves. Microsoft used a proprietary file system so the files can not be modded on the PC. It will be hacked soon.

If you haven't downloaded the update yet, just sign into Xbox Live and it will download automatically.

Other companies 16GB USB - $40

Microsofts largest HDD - 250GB going to be $130 but hmm that was previously occupied by a 120GB HDD that was also $130 seems like your getting a steal but...

PS3 price - 500GB for $90

It sickens me that if you have a USB drive that has more then 16GB they restrict you to only use that 16GB and nothing more. This update is only good for people who already have Flash drives or who don't fall into buying Microsoft's "Better Official" drive.

1TB for PC $95 buahahahah. My 360 doesn't have a Proprietary Microsoft HDD tho, shhhhh. It is nice for the ps3 to use regular Laptop drives, without any firmware mod or anything.

Isn't there a 13 GB limit? Which, from Microsofts point makes sense so that they don't lose money on their harddrive sales.
