Now, with Man Utd.'s 4-1 win in the second leg of their semifinal versus Schalke 04, that seals everything for the team from Old Trafford to head back to the final.

Manchester United versus Barcelona. I am looking forward to it, and am hoping the game will be televised here in the States.

One of the ESPNs will air it.

What are guys like Busquets and Mascherano doing on a team like Barcelona? Those two are completely talentless and two of the most pathetic cheats I've ever seen. They don't deserve to share a pitch with the GOAT (Messi).

Rant over, I hope Barcelona destroy Man U. I find it strange, though, how it's the two teams that get every refereeing decision that are in the final.

I've never been impressed with Busquets but Mascherano is a pretty good holding mid-fielder in my opinion(when he's not attempting dirty tackles).

With Barcelnoa being the lesser of two evils, I hope they beat United as well.

Just out of desperation to find the telecast coverage of the final, I checked Fox Sports and have learned that Fox will carry the coverage of tomorrow's Champions League Final at 2PM Eastern Time.

Just for the record - Barcelona 3, Man Utd. 2. That's my pick.

Finally the wait is over. I'm so looking forward to this game! I won't make a prediction but I can see it being close, maybe even going into Extra Time,

Will Fox air a European feed or have their own commentary team there?

Didn't say, Bmore, but I imagine the commentary will most likely be from Fox Soccer Channel.

The 2011-12 UEFA Champions League Group Stage is underway; we're currently halfway through Group Stage, and from the results so far, things are starting to heat up.

Bayern Munchen has the advantage in Group A (so far), while Inter Milan leads Group B rather well. I would not be surprised to see Inter go as far as the round of eight, or even the round of four.

Group C has a top two of Benfica and the boys from Old Trafford (Man Utd.), while over in Group D Real Madrid leads going away. If anyone wishes to guess how far Real could possibly go in this year's competition, I'm willing to listen.

Over in Group E, Chelsea gives the Stamford Bridge faithful reason to smile, while Bayern Leverkusen is coming up fast; over in Group F, Arsenal and Olympique Marseillie are making things interesting.

Group G is primarily dominated by APOEL and Zenit, and finally in Group H AC Milan and Barcelona are the contenders there. I like Barcelona's chances of repeating as the Champions League champions for this season.

I welcome your comments.

I have been checking the Champions League current notice, and I see the both Chelsea and Arsenal are down - by 1-0 scores - in the Round of 16, First Leg. Does anyone favor an upset by either of them?

Also, Barcelona is up 3-1 over Leverkusen, so the side from Catalan looks good right now.

I welcome your responses.

You're mistaken George. Arsenal are 4-0 down after the 1st leg and Chelsea are down 3-1! Both are at home in the 2nd leg but I can't see either doing enough to overturn the deficit.

I'm anticipating another knock-out round exit for Arsenal but I can dream...
The dream isn't to be ER, Arsenal need nothing short of a miracle to go through.

Like BmoreRav said, Chelsea and Arsenal both lost the first leg of their ties, neither are expected to go through and both managers are under scrutiny for their teams' performance this season.

Barcelona will always be there or thereabouts in the Champions League.

The dream actually died not long after I made that post. It's become tiresome talking about their issues. At this point, I'm just hoping they can hold onto fourth place in the Premireship and finally make some impact moves in the summer.

Messi... 5 goals... enough said.

Go Barcelona!!!
I'd still take Ronaldo over him but Messi and Barcelona are just insane. Cristian Tello scored two goals in 7 minutes in his Champions League debut.

I like Ronaldo too, but Messi is superior. Tello's debut was ridiculous too, but that goalie was just awful.

It's tough to argue against him after last night's performance but Ronaldo is better in enough areas of the game for there to be room for debate.

Agreed on the keeper. I just read he's only 20. Dude wasn't ready at all.

Fair enough, and Messi is far from a perfect player, but boy is he a magician out there...

Poor kid! 20?!
