Option for coaching just my opinion.

1 Ryan defence coach make head coach

2 get rid of billick

3 new qb coach

4 new offence coodinator

So let me know what you think but i think it would be a good change.

No to Rex Ryan.

He is part of the losing like Sam Perlozzo was when the O's hired him.

Get a real coach like Cowher, Schottenheimer or Andy Reid when the Eagles unload him.

Provide us with more info, like the coaches who will be available to be put in these positions, then I will tell you what I think.

Offensive coordinator with the ability to bring in a whole new offensive coaching staff, but most importantly a top notch Oline coach. Like say Denver

Dennis Green is the only option. He is the only coach available that brings the entire package except Marty Schottenheimer & Schott will probably go to Atlanta. I like Denny the best though. With one of the the lowest player salary figures Denny put together a perenial playoff team. I give him credit for the success Arizona is having now. Just as Bill Belichick does Denny builds the team from the inside out starting with the offensive & defensive lines... I realy like Dennis Green

"they are who we thought they were"...lol but really I think he would be a great option for this team...I think he is a less of a nonsense type coach, atleast less than Billick

Dennis Green may not be the "sexy" pick like Bill Cowher or Marty Schottenheimer, but I do think he is a solid option, if he's available and willing.

I blame Green's failure in Arizona on the Bidwell family's ineptitude in maintaining this franchise for the long run before he had gotten there.

Green is a hardnosed coach that knows how to win, and it'd be interesting to see what he could do with the talent on this team.

However, Billick's back for another season to clean up the mess he made, so it is what it is, and we'll be fine.

i personally feel as though this whole thing is overa hyped and what not, i think that the main reason why our team hasnt performed up to expectations is not necessarily the "Coaches" deal, though that may play at least some part in it....i think its more on the level of Offensive chemistry and each player knowing their job/duty and feel confident that they can and will get it done.

And who is responsible for all that you mentioned? The Head Coach is responsible for the wins and the losses. He is only as good as his last game. Martyball was responsible for how many wins and play off games, but he couldn't get the BIG win and he was let go. This is a sure sign that the gead coach is responsible for the teams actions.

it is somewhat of the OC's job to do that kind of thing....BUT its mostly takin upon the shoulders of the Players themselves because..."Actions speak better than words" which means that The players themselves have to Find it within themselves to go out there and play at their absolute best and be those difference makers that we need them to be, especially at those crucial times.
