I know this topic is about Delhomme buttttt, they also have Seneca Wallace and when I see him against Dallas, he looked like a high school QB lol. Dallas destroyed him!

I'll be very surprised if Seneca starts.

Neither of them are going to fare well in the AFC North...

Nope.

It must be extra tough being a Browns fan these days. They don't have a good QB and you can't win in the NFL without a good one. However, it'd tough to pass on talents like Berry, Dez or Haden.

They'll find a way.

http://blogs.nfl.com/2010/03/13/browns-agree-to-two-year-deal-with-delhomme/

I'd say 2 picks per game against Jake will be the minimum.

I only hope we get the Browns before Delhomme gets benched. I think we beat the Browns twice anyway, but we'd DESTROY them if Delhomme was at the helm. We'd definitely give Seneca Wallace the QB job.

I seriously doubt Mike Holmgren doesn't know what he is doing. I don't know if I have to explain what that man has done in this league. Even with his last project in seattle, people doubted him with the players he brought there including Matt Hasselbeck. Steve Smith isn't even the best Steve Smith in the NFL anymore. Very good player, but he is no Andre Johnson, and even then- Matt Shaub has sucked at times before finally making a pro bowl last year. I don't put a whole lot into that. Anderson and Quinn were just as bad if not worse the previous year with Kellen Winslow and Braylon Edwards. What the Ravens did with Steve McNair must've not made sense to you either then, when old past his prime mcnair came in and broke ravens passing records, winning % records and mentored the offense and brought confidence, leadership, experience the team had never seen.

Yes, but McNair wasn't clearly outperformed by a younger counterpart the year before we acquired him. Matt Schaub was on pace to throw for over 4,000 Passing Yards 2 years ago. Injuries were his downfall, not his WR core. Derek Anderson had 9 TDs and 8 INTs the Season with Edwards and Winslow, compared to the 3 TDs and 10 INTs this Season. How exactly is Steve Smith not somewhere atop the food chain? Even with Jake's awful performances, he fell 20 yards shy of the 1,000 mark. He was actually on pace to break the century mark, until he broke his arm catching a TD pass the game earlier. In fact, during Matt Moore's 4 starts, he gained 378 Receiving Yards and 3 TDs. McNair was incredible at managing games and not making mistakes when we couldn't afford them. But the Browns don't exactly have a Defense to hold their opponents under 2 scores per game. Holmgren has all of the credentials, and I have a great amount of respect for him. However, that still doesn't mean that his decisions should be completely unquestioned.
