Next Year

Every year I look forward to a prime time game against our neighbors the Red Skins. i like the fact that we whoop on them every year. Do any of you know if we are playing them again this coming year?

We play them every 4 years. So we should see them next season I believe. By then the Skins might have an halfway decent team too(which means their fans will start coming out again and start up with their usual Redskins are better then the Ravens blah blah blah). We will most likely play them in a pre-season game before this coming season starts though.

How crazy would it be if the Ravens played the Redskins in the Superbowl? Maryland would be an insane state to live in.

If superbowl 45 has Ravens vs Skins. not only will it be crazy in maryland but most families will be rivals for one day like my wife's family she is steelers I am ravens and most of her family is redskins so I could have to deal with them

If the current divisions/schedule format stay the same... the Ravens will not play the Redskins until 2012. And that game would be at FedEx Field, not M&T Bank.

But there could very easily be a lock-out/strike after this upcoming season. And if that happens, who knows.

We usually play Washington in the pre-season, but that doesn't really get me too excited even if we did beat them 23-0 last year.

Unless the teams go through dramatic changes, 2011 seems like a pretty easy year. This year though, has the potential to be pretty tough.

YES!! Praise the Lord! I finaly get to see the Ravens play the Rams(my hometown team) in the Edward Jones Dome next year!!

The only reason I like us playing the skins is because it's one of those across the bridge rivalries. They got one of those in California to. It doesn't matter who is playing on the other side I will always be wearing purple and Black....

I lived in DC for the past two years and work with Skins fans.

The greatest evening of my life was the last time we played the skins. I went to the local bar with my ravens jersey on and as the skins fanbase groaned and sulked around me, I proudly watched McClain and Neal bludgeon the bejesus out of the skins defense with three and four yard gains the for 80 yards.....oh memories.

No, we played the NFC East last year, so it'll be two years until we see D.C. again.

That being said, we do get a chance to smash them every preseason.
