Anquan Boldin.... Our Offensive Ray Lewis

11 posts in this topic

Just found this floating around the internet. An interview with Kurt Warner on his former teamate. Boldin is definately similar to Ray in alot of ways, he will be the one that will want to shoulder things when things start to go bad, he will be the one that wants the ball in a time of need.... and he will do good things with it. This addition helps us out in to many ways to list...

Just read this article on the home page and hearing what we all thought about Q in the first place from a guy like Warner just re-inforces our hopes. I can't wait to see what he can do on the field for us but I also look forward to see his impact on our WR group. He could really help a guy like D. Williams out and really the whole group for that matter.

very true man, very true. Cam is gonna love having this guy. And like warner said, we can get him the ball quick and he can do something with it, unlike what we are used to with those quick passes to Mason or clayton lol. I can see more WR screens this year also, with Boldin blocking.. Im excited.

Gods the more I read about Q the more stoked I get. The more stoked I get the more I feel like my head is going to explode from the excitement.

And we haven't even hit the DRAFT yet......:gaah:

As other have said, signing Q has got me really excited. Not only does he fit right what the Ravens want from their WRs, his playing style fits right in with AFC North. I can't wait to see him take it to the Steelers and Bengals.

I agree with this completely. He is such a fun player to watch play and he is a good team leader to. He is Raven material. I am glad we got him instead of BM.
