Scott Fujita - "Leaving New Orleans the right way"

After constantly hearing bad influences of players such as Plaxico Burress, Michael Vick, and the rape allegations from Ben Roethlessberger, it is refreshing to hear that there are players out there who do good deeds for their community... even if they won't be playing there anymore

As much as I hate Keith Bulluck on the field and how he lets his temper get the best of him (remember when he threw over the guard rail like a little kid after losing in the playoffs?), I'm glad to hear that he's starting this scholarship even in the midst of probably getting booted from Tennessee. And Scott Fujita's always been a class act, so it doesn't surprise me that he would be that generous in leaving New Orleans for Cleveland.

We need more players like these two, and we need more media attention focusing on stuff like this rather than arrest reports and rap sheets.

Ray Lewis with his 2000 stint.... but he's also been a pretty decent role model since then

Brandon Marshall who is known as a woman beater

James Harrison.... more or less same as previously mentioned

why you gotta focus on the negative you big pessimist... was trying to post something showing peoples good will in the midst of all the crap that has happened in the last few years

agreed, but how could you hate his "hot headedness", he is productive and hardly ever lets it affect his play I'd love to have him as a teammate. oohh wow he threw over a guard rail, lmao

Well, the guardrail hit a woman and he never did apologize to her, I don't think...

Plus, the fact that he threw a temper tantrum after a loss, even a loss as important as that, just hurt his image in my eyes. He acts as if he's never lost a playoff game before (he definitely has)

It appears this thread has gone so far off-topic that there's no getting back from here. Too bad something that started out as positive had to end up this way. Please try to stay on-topic in the future.
