Raven Nation Die Hard Fans Need Only Apply

24 posts in this topic

What do you do when your favorite player on your favorite football team gets traded???
After years of bad football contract talk with "Q" I think its safe to say, that although I am one of the very truest cardinal fans, (before the superbowl bandwagon) That I relinquish my rights as a cards fan. And Plead and beg the Raven Nation to allow me to be a fan!!! I ask only because I want to show my respects to the diehard ravens fans!!! I Have been a "Q" Fan since he was drafted and was the rookie probowler of the cards. He is by far the best WR and I thank the cards for not PAYING THE MAN, HAVE LOST A TRUE CARDS FAN. SO WITH ALL DUE RESPECT CAN I BE ABLE TO JOIN THE RANKS OF RAVEN FANS AND CONTINUE TO ROUTE FOR MY FAVORITE PLAYER. "Q" I cannot wait to buy a "Q" Jersey in the Ravens color.

If the Cards were your favorite team, why would you now leave? Sounds bandwagon to me... If the Ravens lost Lewis or Reed somewhere, I wouldn't cease to be a Ravens fan anymore.

Doesn't hurt to have somebody else rooting for us, though.

Glad to have you...But I hope you didn't come for just one player.

Boldin's a great athlete and a class act...I feel he was born to "Play Like A Raven" but the legacy of this team will live on long after the players go.

If you like Bolden, you're gonna love all our guys. "Birds of a feather flock together" as they say...so welcome to our roost!

Thank you man, yesterday was a toughday for my organization. We lost three players that over the years transformed us into a good team. I wore my emotions on my sleeves, I was irrate and upset. Manily Boldin instead of paying him they traded him, instead of paying Los or Rolle they released. I read that Rolle's offer was matched by the Cards, he just choose to go to the Giants. Good luck to him and their organization. My Cards blood runs deep, and when an organization consistanly is called cheap and not wanting to foot the bill, I am not a fan of the Front office, the Team will always be cheered for, I will continue to go to training camp, I will watch and cheer, But, i will not renew my season tickets. I will not support the front office. Thank you for calling me out and making me rethink my situation. GO RAVENS !!!!!!! But you better believe I will be at one of the games in baltimore and wearing my "Q" jersey.

Welcome to Ravens Nation my friend. For those that may call you a "bandwagon jumper" or any such thing all I have to say is this: The Cardinals are owned by Bill Bidwell!!!!!!! Anyone around here remember Irsay?

No rebukes here- Q is a heck of a player and I enjoyed watching him in Arizona; but the best is yet to come here in Raven Nation.

Welcome aboard!

Welcome to the Ravens fan base. It's gotta be nice rooting for a team whose QB doesn't have gray hair. Ha ha! No offense to Kurt, he's an awesome player.

Welcome! Think about it this way, you can have the Cardinals as your favorite NFC team and the Ravens as your favorite AFC team.

Of course, if the two of us ever meet in the Superbowl, that could present an interesting challenge ^_^

Being a Ravens fan, especially living here, is no easy task my friend. I hope your're serious about this because its a commitment. A lifetime one. But its awesome. The things you get in return for being a Ravens fan is just awesome. An awesome team, an awesome coach, an outstanding stadium, and just an all around great organization. Us serious Ravens fans we walk with a certain swagger cuz we know that being a fan of this organization and being able to call yourself part of it is something truly special. Welcome to the Ravens!

First lesson: despise all things black & gold. But I think you'll have no problem with that given...well, you remember.

I've always admired "Q" from a distance and thought "that's the kind of guy Baltimore needs" without believing it would ever happen. He is a PERFECT cultural fit here. He takes that physical mentality to the other side of the ball. Jamal gave it to us back in the day. Now its Q.

Welcome aboard!! With the Cards being in the NFC, I see no reason why you can't go with both. Til the SuperBowl that is ;) .

WELCOME ABOARD, the Cards are actually one of the teams we do not despise. (Sit down here, and have a drink.)
