Well, there might be minor things worked out.

However, virtually every major NFL correspondent on Twitter is reporting that the deal is pretty much done. And Adam Schefter's track record speaks for itself; this is the same guy that called Art Shell's firing from the Raiders a week or two before it happened, citing a source within the organization. Remember, that firing came on the heels of a statement from Al Davis that he was committed to retaining Shell and letting him finish what he started.
