Not gonna lie, i'm surprised that a team hasn't contacted Graham yet, he's a better kicker than Cundiff with more experience, and i'm sure he'd enjoy beating the bungals twice a year after they let him leave

People seem happy to blame Graham for the Bengals kicking problem last season. Their long-snapper, St. Louis I think, was the worst in the league last year. Who can blame Graham for allowing so many miscues to mess him up, he had to stutter-step during his run-up a number of times which messed him up big time. If you want a kicker that should shoulder all the blame for his miscues look at Nick Folk.

I think either Graham or Rackers would be an improvement, but between the 2, I like Rackers more. Go steal us another Cardinal Ozzie!

because why settle for 'solid' when you can have 'reliable', 12 of 17 isn't exactly a great year, better than hauschka? yes, but 70% of field goals isn't gonna cut it, should be about 85-90%, and automatic inside of 40.

Im sorry but I think Cundiff earned his stripes with us last season. I cant believe how easily you guys forget that we didnt have a kicker, this guy comes in and gives us some great kicks, now you wanna toss him aside for Graham or Rackers....who BOTH Choked in the playoffs. Cundiff kicked one FG and made it, cant say that about the other 2. I am for keeping Billy Cundiff

Rackers past 2 seasons, 16/17 and 25/28 - Best Ever Kick % made - 95.2 (40/42)- 19/39 career 50+ yarders
Graham past 3 seasons, 31/34, 21/24, 23/28 last year with long snapping problems - Best Ever Kick % made - 91.2 (31/34) *Only 2 years lower than cundiff's career best his first two in the league, both by < 7%* - 9/18 career 50+ yarders

Cundiff best 3 seasons of his career: Combined with us and Cleveland last year 18/23, 23/29 in 2003, 20/26 in 2004. Best Kick percentage: 78.3% - 4/12 career past 50 yards

What's to not understand about trying to get the most reliable player available? Personally I'd rather not watch us lose games because either A) the game winner was missed or B) Field goals that could have changed the momentum of the game are missed (Vs. Cincinatti, Colts in regular season)

I agree, who cares if he ahd 12/17. He wasnt with us for a whole season, the fact that he got more than half of his kicks through is pretty good.

so by ur logic zack it's okay to everytime you go up for a kick have a 50/50 chance to make or miss it? and who cares that he only had 12/17? probably the rest of team when we lost momentum in the bengals game and lost the colts game by 3

IMO, if it's a kickers job to make field goals, then he shouldn't miss one (unless, of course, if it's 55 yards or over). I dont want a 50/50 kicker cause you never know when that attempt is for the game, the season, or even the Superbowl. If it's the guys job to do something, he should be able to it over 95% of the time.

I don't give a damn about Frank Walker. He could go to mars if all I care. He caused us many games and gave up a lot of yards. It would be better if he were off the field

We def need a reliable kicker, im tired of feeling sick everytime we have someone line up for a kick. Stover inside the 40 wa a blessing, and to only have to use a guy like haushka once in a while was ok. shouldve kept that blend we had. Stover was not great anymore over 40 and haushka sucked inside of it.

Two things. First, why did a rookie CB, Webb, get the starting job from the multi-year vet, Walker? Because the multi-year vet, sucks. PLEASE let someone else take him and I would rather risk a rookie CB that may or may not be good, because I know Walker sucks. Secondly, on kickers, the best logic I heard is that you lose one other player to have a second kicker who may or may not produce. You have no clue what that other player might have done, because he won't be on the roster, because of the kicker. Not a good excuse, but the best I have heard so far.

Let's hope the only "interest" the Ravens are showing in Frank Walker is interest in seeing him walk out the door.

So instead of having a kicked that can kick from 50+yds, we take up 2 roster spots for kickers? not very logical

I say we sit back and let Ozzie wait on some rediculous offer from some other team for Frank Walker. The Ravens still have a few more ingredients to add to the Super Bowl Team Soup. If they can get some crazy offer that will bring in a top ten CB or SS hey I say let Frank pack his bags.

I like Cundiff going forward (I think last year was his first time in the playoffs and he didn't choke), but I think we need to bring in somebody else either through the draft or free agency to compete and also in case of injuries. If Walker leaves, then I wish him the best. We need corners whether he's here or not. Behind Foxworth and Carr we have injuries and backups. When Corey Ivy is in the mix to start, you know you're in trouble. Hopefully Kyle Wilson or Devin McCourty is around when we pick.

I really hope the Ravens' interest in Walker is just a mind game to get the other teams thinking he's a real commodity.

....oh wait, I mean....darn...there are other teams that want our walker? no, you can't have him...we like him so much..... >.>

As far as kickers go, I really don't care too much. The choke artist (Hauschka) is gone, Cundiff is descent, and these other two are good too. I'm fine with Cundiff, I'm fine with Rackers, I'm fine with Graham. As long as they can make a basic field goal, it'll be an upgrade from early last year. As for Frank Walker.... I don't really care about that either. We know we have Foxworth, Webb, Washington, and Carr ahead of him on the depth chart, plus a potential rookie. He's better than most 5th string corner backs in the NFL. As long as he doesn't ask for a ridiculous pay check, sure, bring him back
