Dont feel bad, this forum is really good compared to the Steelers.com one. I don't think i have ever seen such a non user friendly board in my life.

How do you even receive a PM?

First make sure you're set up to accept them and receive notification. Click on your name at the top of the page and choose "My Settings" to do that. YOu can then access your inbox by clicking on your name and choosing "Messenger".
