When LT Cried At The Closing Presser...

Did you care?

I didn't. He's a first ballot HOF they say. I've always thought he had little man syndrome, he'd always get under anyones chin and cried everytime any questionable hit was made. I always thought he was a primadonna and a whiner. He had 2 or 3 brilliant year,s but much of his career including those years where he was the #1 back he was injured.

Willis McGahee stiff arm "alone" is tougher than LT ever was IMO.

Give him a freaking break. He was the heart and soul of the San Diego Chargers for most of his career.

How the hell would you feel in that case....being let go from the only team you ever played for after giving your heart and soul to that team and all the fans for so long? He's allowed to get emotional.

LT is a great RB. I respect him. The fact that he cried during the Press Conference showed how much he loved his team and the game of football and hated to have to stop playing. :jedi:

I think LT still has some great football in him. I attribute his production last year to the pass happy offense they now have in SD. Had they ran the ball more I think he would have broken a little over 1000yds

The pictures did'nt lie. He gave his heart and soul, not only to a team, but to a community and got treated like a commodity. As sad as it is, this is what the NFL has been reduced to. Good luck L.T. You earned it, on the field!

LT will always be known as a legend. I felt really sorry for him, you know he loved San Diego and hopefully next year he finds himself at a team that will make him a starter and tears the league apart like he did in '06, but that probably won't happen.

No, it's not Lawrence Timmons, although when we send him up the gut on Flacco, ole' Joe isn't gonna know the difference.
