Hybrid

Most of the time the hybrid players are the most gifted/talented players on a team. I like the idea of being able to move someone into another position and having them be able to adjust for that new position right away like "plug and play."
Examples of these types of players are a Rt that can play LT, a DT then can play OT, OLB that can play DE, A FS that can play SS or Punt return. Only the most talented players are able to move around and play on all these different sides of the field. I hope we take this under consideration when we pursue more depth for our team..

Versatility is something I think the Ravens have always taken into account when drafting and even in FA. This past year alone is a prime example with first-year players like Oher, Webb and Carr contributing in a variety of ways.

Injuries are a part of the game and the best way to counter that is by drafting versatile players.

I don't think a team exist like this:
"The most feared team in the NFL would house an offense that can play defense and a defense that can play offense."
