"Samari Rolle (CB) Activated from the physically unable to perform list."

Don't want to read into this, so does this mean anything at all or am I exited for no apparent reason?

It's standard procedure before the start of every free agency period; technically, they can't do anything with Samari Rolle in terms of trading or releasing him or signing a new contract extension until his roster status has been declared active.

This doesn't necessarily mean that a move is imminent, it just means that the team is taking action now in changing his roster status so that they can have a final picture soon of who they can unload or retain when the free agency period begins.

As an addendum, note the other transactions made as well: Adam Terry and Marcus Smith were both removed from injured reserve, when their injuries are so severe that it's unlikely they're healthy enough to practice or play.

The transaction doesn't mean the guys are healthy, it's just done so as to give the team wiggle room to start the new NFL calendar year and make moves freely. Remember, a player on injured reserve or the PUP list cannot be part of any transaction whatsoever, including contract extensions, as the idea of being placed under that status while injured is to provide temporary job security during the season.
