The only real difference from the last game, really, is the 'my player' mode and it is good after like two games and then it gets real repetititive, it isn't even really difficult at all, nearly every game you will score at least 35+ points a game, even if your player has a terrible 'overall' rating. Over here in Australia I bought it for like $80, but most games over here cost like $110. So for $40, I'd say yeah.
