NFL ! Madden 10 PSP

i want to get a knew game for my psp and wondering is madden 10 good?

Reviews I've read and watched have basically said that it's the most solid handheld football game on the market. Not as good as the console versions, obviously, but good enough to play when you're bored on the road. There's enough gameplay improvements between Madden 09 and Madden 10 on the PSP to make it worth buying even if you already have 10.

Franchise Mode is basic but has enough of what you expect from the mode to make it worth playing. You obviously don't have the weekly Extra Point video highlight show but you still have player transactions and offseason changes and whatnot. Passing is a little easier because you have circles that tell you what throws are safe and what throws are riskier (not guaranteed picks, but let you know that you shouldn't make the throw unless you have a Peyton Manning or Drew Brees type QB), while running is a little awkward because it's not as intuitive to use the triggers anymore to juke after having used the right analog stick on the consoles for so long.

The Superstar Challenge mode sounds intriguing and it's exclusive to PSP. Similar to the Madden Moments mode, you relive a real-life game scenario and try to re-enact it -- except you can choose to play the hero or spoiler in the moment and they're all designed in a unique way to be challenging and fun.

The only big drawbacks are graphics and sound from what I've seen. But honestly, you can only ask so much from both those departments, especially considering how much is on-screen at once. You can't expect the game to look better than PS2-quality, but it's still good enough to play.

If I had a PSP, I'd definitely get it even with my PS3 copy of Madden 10 getting heavy use.

i know its kinda off topic but i find myself playing the psp version of mlb 10 more then my console version it's just convenience i guess idk was thinking of getting madden on it myself

really? MLB THE SHOW you can update the roster i haven't tried madden yet the thing is tho you need wifi in order to do it as you can't connect the psp to the comp for updates.I know for the software update i had to put my memory stick in the comp to download the file you may be able to do roster updates that way.
