Favorite Non-Ravens Players?

20 posts in this topic

Just wonderin' if anyone around here likes guys who play for other teams.

My absolute favorite player who doesn't wear purple and black is Marques Colston of the Saints--born and raised in Harrisburg PA, graduate of Harrisburg High. :D

Anyone playing for any other team is the enemy, so how can a Ravens fan like the enemy? 229031_confused2.gif

The enemy player I dislike the least is Trent Dilfer. Others I don't dislike as much include Michael Strahan, Ronde Barber, LaMont Jordon (ex-Terp), Andrew Walter (for courage under fire).

At the opposite end (enemy player I loathe) used to be Joey Porter. Now that he's gone from the AFC North, his replacement is the always-whining Carson Palmer.

Well, now it's gotta be Adalius Thomas. :D

But otherwise, Reggie Bush has always been entertaining to watch in some way, shape, or form, even on those short runs. But I think Chad Johnson is probably my favorite veteran from another team since he doesn't necessarily demean his opponents like T.O. but still remains entertaining, and has the talent to match.

Priest Holmes......too bad his career is in serious limbo b/c he is such a great man to everyone whether its a teammate or someone he's just met.

I still hate Joey Porter.

Amen, brother. I will always think of the cheap shot he put on Todd Heap that one year (the year Todd was out with the ankle injury). THAT pissed me off.

Let me amend my original post by saying that I always get a warm fuzzy feeling for former Penn Staters in the NFL.

So I will be happily watching Levi Brown in Arizona and the Poz in Buffalo. I also pay some attention to Larry Johnson, Joe Jurivicius, Kyle Brady, so on and so forth.

:D

I like Brian Dawkins, he's an exciting player

it just annoys me that some people think he's as good or better than ed reed.

He's good, but not that good
