Madden Team

Starting to build a great Ravens team on madden 10. First thing i did was switch Gaither to RT and left Oher at LT.
Am running a 3-4 D. Moved Sizzle To RE. Ngata Inside. Traded Price and a few draft picks for Merriman and moved him to LE.
Im now 3 seasons deep and just finished 15 and 1 but lost the AFC championship game to the damn Steelers lol.
Suggs and Marriman are getting at least 15 sacks each per season. Suggs finished last season with 21. Ngata is a monster against the run and is continually in the back field.
Some of the best pergessed players are Oher 96 overall
Gaither 90
Flacco 91
Webb 88
Johnson 92(Rookie i drafted)
Wats the best team u guys have been able to put together.

For Madden 2010?

My best team ever was my first year of franchise,traded Pryce and Willis for a lot of draft picks and then traded those picks to get Marshall.Now with Clayton as my 3rd WR he was my go to guy on 3rd down and he got me a lot of first downs.The line was solid with Oher,Grubbs,Birk,Chester,Gaither and I used Heap more.I traded the rest of my picks for Ernie Sims.

On defense I was insane,I led the league in total defense,takeaways and points allowed.I had Suggs as RE,Kruger as LE,Ngata as DT and Kell Gregg as my other DT. Kruger and Ngata always got in the backfield and somehow both got 3 INT.LB corps was solid with JJ,Ray,Sims and with the most dangerous secondary in the league led by Reed with Landry,Washington,Foxworth,Webb,Rolle, and I resigned McAlister.

I sub my players in and out alot like Dwan with Suggs and Nakimura and Zibby for Landry and Reed.

Offense was just solid and I ran the ball with Rice 500+ times and with over 2500 total yards.

Guys that have turned out to be GREAT picks for me are, Mathias Kiwanuka ( all time sack leader...33.lol0
Andre Caldwell, Steve Breaston and David Clowney. Other players that have turned into draft pick genius, Stecolian Freeman (ROLB), D.Ellenz (WR), I.Ford and B.Bergen(G)

I switched to a 4-3, signed Jeff Fisher as my DC after 2010 season.

Kruger.....Ngata.....Ndakamong Suh(1st round).....Suggs

.......Gooden.........Lewis........Barnes

Webb........Reed........Landry........Sean Smith(traded a 2nd and 3rd)

Literally the best defense of all time, I play on All Madden as well and this defense I never have to blitz(but do anyway for LB stats), and play more man defense than I do zone. Webb and Smith are total shut down corners, and Lewis was the DPOY again at age 36 lol. Barnes had 11 sacks, Gooden 4, Lewis 5, Ngata 6, Suh 8, Suggs 24, Kruger 5. Led every single statistical category.

PS the fact that Merriman and Suggs perform as 3-4 DE's is exactly why Madden is flawed.

Sorry i am running a 4-3 D if i was running a 3-4 id have them as outside backers. Sorry bout that.

In my second year I dumped all of my receivers except for Mason. I have two rookies (forget their names) who are beastly. I have one who burns everybody, he's kinda short but he also returns kicks (some even for TDs.) Then I have a taller, but slow receiver in the slot who can usually break the first tackle.

Stecolian Freeman is the man! I have him too. I have Beaureguard at MLB and is 96 overall
