I especially liked this part...

"Ravens employees described Ryan as “the nicest guy in the world” and said that players would follow him anywhere. One employee said he wanted to lie so that Ryan would not leave."

Rex Ryan bashing incoming.

I for one think Rex Ryan is fantastic. So do the Ravens players he coached. The fans on the other hand...

Yeah I dont get why Fans hate him so much. I love his smack talk. To this day I wish we had him.

Smack talk gets old , FAST. Especially if you cant back it up. It's only a matter of time before NYJ fans get tired of him blabbering. I thought Rex did a good job as DC but never wanted him as our coach. He isn't the classiest of guys and that's the image that Steve B wants for our Franchise CLASS.

I told you I was done with Rex until he opens his mouth again.

But yeah, my stupid vendetta against him is (for now) done. Until he does something stupid like declare the 2010 Jets the greatest team in NFL history, even if they go 8-8. ;)

Now, as for Mark Sanchez...I will not stop hating on him because the Jets fans in my area only keep fueling my beef with him. -_-

Thing is, he will keep talking even if they DONT back it up next year.

He'll be showing off his trophy child Darelle Revis.

Rex Ryan talking about being the best is to "not backing up the talk" as is John Harbaugh talking about character/discipline is to "being the most flagged team in the NFL".

Practice for your SAT exam.

You hit the nail on the head !! Discipline does not equal leading the league in penalties.

No matter how many times you say it.

Also Rex was a good coach here, but exactly how many people get to take credit and a heading coaching job b/c of Ray's and Ozzie's defense??
Marvin Lewis, Jack Del Rio, Mike Nolan, Mike Singletary, Rex Ryan,

No need in practicing for an SAT, thats for children with things to "prove"but I digress. Rex will be the new Mangenius. The Ravens were heavily penalized under Billick too. Actually, most of it was from REXS defense......
