Antonio Cromartie

This shows two critical plays where Cromartie failed to help his team make a play against the Chargers. It pretty damn funny:

He's a corner where you just have to deal with that he doesn't want to tackle big backs or get trucked by people. Look what Greene did to the safety. You think Cromartie could've stopped him? He would have trucked both guys anyway. And why they ignore how the safety got slapped aside by Greene i don't know, that was the most important play in that game and the safety choked.

Same goes for the 4th down play. 1) Cromartie could not have stopped him and 2) why would you expect a corner to stick his head in there on 4th down?

He's a cover corner, you have to deal with the bad stuff that comes with those guys, like avoiding getting punished and trucked by big backs. I'd gladly trade for him if he's available. In the right scheme with some pass rush he'd go back to being a pro bowler. He's just too talented.

That is an absolutely ridiculous thing to say. I'd take this guy over any corner on our roster. Deion wouldn't tackle either, but he was a pretty damn good corner.

Cro is not Deion. He hasn't done anything since 2007. Fox really isn't that bad statistically [url="http://boards.baltimoreravens.com/topic/18822-stats-on-ravens-cornerbacks/"]My link[/url] and I'm pretty sure that I'd take Webb over him, and possibly Washington too. Carr and Walker, well....

He was injured in 2008 and he's been pretty good this year.

That is hilarious!

But I think I'd rather have him than Walker. He's a great cover corner, and he's really tall, compared to the multitude of penalties that Walker cost us.
