I'm having trouble accessing my inbox the normal way.

Is there more than one way to access it?

I don't know what your "normal" way is, but I click on my Name (upper right) and then select "Messenger" to get to it.

That's the way I've been trying to do it. The box of options that appears immediately disappears as soon as I move my mouse off my name. I can still access my messages from my email, but I was just wondering if there any other on the site.

Do you have a pop up blocker that is disabling the menu?
