figured I'd start up a topic for the games today so if you are watching if you feel like commenting and what not.
After one quarter the Vikings lead the Cowboys 7-0 on a beautiful pass play from Favre to Rice

The Vikes are moving the ball right down the field. If they keep hitting Romo, they will win

At this rate, I'll pulling for either New Orleans or Minnesota to win it all since I can't bring myself to root for anyone left in the AFC.

I have no problems with Peyton Manning -- I'd just rather not have this be a repeat of the 2006 season, when the Colts beat us to eventually win the Super Bowl. If the Colts are to win another title, I'd rather have us either not in that playoff field or to not face them that year just because the trash talk that'd follow would make our jobs here much more difficult. Colts trolls were in abundance last night and over the past week for that matter...

I'm rooting for a San Diego vs. Minnesota/New Orleans Super Bowl, since all three teams have never won a Super Bowl before and there'd be a guaranteed first-time Super Bowl Champion.

Hey the score is the exactly the same in our game. But Minnesota got to 17 points quicker.

We aren't the only team that feels like crap. Dallas and Arizona are currently in the same boat.

When they came back form commercial,in the 4th quarter. before the commercial Flacco went to the sideline after a 3 and out and cam said something and Flacco threw his Helmet. When they came back, they showed a clip of flacco and cam going at it, and Flacco was all up in his grille laying down the law, he was infuriated, Flacco never does that.

I'm proud of Joe. He's almost never done that at Delaware, but I know he gets more fired up than he lets on. He stays so calm because he never wants to let the other team see him sweat, but if Flacco's pissed, he's got a damn good reason to be PISSED.

This just means Joe's gonna be a machine during the offseason and take out his frustration on the rest of the league next year. I feel sorry for the defenses playing against him, because Joe's gonna be unleashed even more on the NFL, and if it's anything like his dramatic jump from his Junior Year to his Senior Year at Delaware, they're all SCREWED. :)

Good for him, I know a competitive athlete can take failure only so much. And Flacco knew the defense played their butts off and allowed really only 13 points to Manning (the offense gave them the other TD IMO before half). Scoring 3 points against Indy is atrocious. I think at one point or another we all were like "k this crap has to stop, something needs to change, someone needs to take charge"

Do the Boys not watch film? You know, there's a reason the Skins cut Suisham. Unless they want to lose this game (and I certainly hope they do) they need to stop counting on a kicker who's inconsistant outside of 40. I'm sure he can hit it, just not when it counts.

Who else on this board thinks that they could be an NFL kicker if they tried to be one when they were 10.

This game looks so much like ours.

Gotta be the dome, I read somewhere that 9 of Allens 13 sacks came at home. Their defense just simply isnt the same on the road.

Another horrible game.

Damn, apart from the Arizona/Green Bay game, which only got good in the late third/early fourth quarters, there hasn't been a single good game in the playoffs thus far.

From the Baltimore Orioles Message Board:

wvo'sfan

[i]Colts win, Ravens only managed 3 points, what a joke of a team that is, i see why the Colts left Baltimore now. You guys can watch a real team tomorrow, we're gonna retire Favre for good. go Cowboys.

It's the Orioles message board. Most of them wouldn't know what a winning season looked like if it jumped up and slapped them.

(No offense to the Os fans here, Bmore just isn't my orange and black team of choice.)

im sure it was just a troll or something. His statement makes no sense at all. They are lucky they stopped their 13 years of no playoffs. Why wouldn't the O's know a winning season? just cuz they are rebuilding? Triple World champs Hon.
