we already have a good QB coach in Hue Jackson.

How's that working out for us?? I think we could do better to help Joe.

[size="4"][font="Trebuchet MS"]Convince Ed Reed to come back. And if he wants to try his luck with another team, then let him go.

I don't care what team he plays for, he's fun to watch. If he thinks he has a better chance somewhere else, I would still rather see him play instead him retiring.

And special teams has made me sick this year. So please find a kick returner and find a kicker. I don't even care if we have to trade a draft pick to Dallas for their kick-off guy who nails everything through the end zone.

Ok i'm gonna play GM here for a minute. Keep in mind that these are just my opinions.
Offensive Needs:

O-line : The Ravens need to decide if Gaither is really the answer at LT. I would move Oher to LT and see what happens with Gaither at RT. Also, Adam Terry should be coming back next year to help with depth. The Goal line package really missed him this year.Grubbs and Yanda are excellent at LG and RG, but I think the team has to start thinking about who is going to take Birk's spot as he is old. IMO the Ravens missed Jason Brown A LOT this year in the run game.

WR: We all know that the Ravens have a huge need at WR. They have to go into this offseason with the mindset that Mason will retire, and either sign or draft an impact player. I think Williams is gone, and I wouldn't doubt if Clayton was gone too. Hopefully, we will see some improvement from Justin Harper and Eron Riley in the pre-season. It seemed to me that Harper was the better receiver of the two, though Riley's TD against Atlanta was impressive.

TE: The Ravens need a PASS BLOCKING TE, so Heap can get involved with the offense. Also, signing LJ Smith was obviously a mistake.

RB: I don't know what the deal is with Mcgahee's contract, but I think this year he proved that he is a team player, and that he can still get into the endzone. If they decide to cut him though it will be interesting to see what Parmele can bring to the table.

FB: I wouldn't mind seeing the Ravens carry another FB so they can utilize Mcclain more.

QB: Let Troy Smith go, he is obviously not happy here being a backup QB and for the sake of %99 percent of the fanse as they will be releived of the constant "troy didn't get a fair chance" headache. John Beck has a big arm, and is good enough to come into a game and hand the ball off.

Defensive Needs:

Dline: I thought the play of Kelly Gregg improved as the season progressed, nothing needs to be said about Ngata, and Bannan, Talevou (however you spell it) and Mckinney provide good depth.

Pass Rusher: I'm listing this seperate from the D-line and LB's category because I don't care if it's a Defensive End or a DE/LB hybrid player but the Ravens NEED somebody that can get to the QB and take double teams off of Suggs.

LB's: I think they are fine at LB for the upcoming season, though finding a replacement for Ray should be somewhere in there mindset frome here on out. Ellerbe showed alot of promise late in the year, JJ was outstanding, Ray was as usual.

CB: Ok here is where a lot of debate is going on. I think Webb and Foxworth are your starting CB's next season, while Washington is the Nickel. I was actually pleased with how Carr stepped up late in the year both at CB and at Punt Returner so He stays for depth. I will puke if I see Ive in a Ravens uniform ever again, and Walker has to prove somehow that he can be consistantly reliable if he wants to keep a spot.

Safety: If Reed decides to retire, I think the team will be fine with Zibby taking his spot while Landry continued to get closer to his old form as the season progressed.

Special Teams:

I was pleased with the play of David Tyree, we will be getting Brendon back so our coverage teams should be exceptional next year.

KR: Webb will be back, but I think Parmele will keep the job.

PR: Carr didn't have many chances to return punts this year due to all of the good punters we faced, but he was solid for the most part.

K: Here is another huge question. Cundiff was head and shoulders better than Haushka, but do the Ravens keep looking for better options? I say they should keep seeking a better option, but if nothing is there I think Cundiff is GOOD ENOUGH to get us through another season.

agreed agreed and agreed, especially the kicker part. Cundiff made the kicks when he had to. But that miss vs Colts hurt, but he went 5 for 6 anyways. But I'd rather see us get a kicker with more range. I don't know, some of Cundiff's misses were from bad snaps but still.

not very well, but in my opinion Hue Jackson is not the problem and the problem lies in the lack of weapons for Flacco

I understand what you are saying it would be nice to have some good wr or Te hopefully this year we will get with it .I'm just worried about Joe since he has no mentor to learn off of i think it makes it harder for him to learn as fast as all of us want.To really help his developement i would say we need an experienced QB for him to learn from but we don't so than the task falls on the qb coach he has to be everything to joe and i feel Joe is lacking in alot of areas that the Qb coach isn't able to teach him so that's why i would say find a QB coach that really has proven qb coaching skills that are beyond questioning to mentor Joe. Everyother position on this team has a vet to learn from and coaches but the most important job as a qb has no vet to learn from, so something gotta give joe needs the help
