I'm not sure about Suggs or Gregg, but I know that Ray and Ed tend to train down in Miami and their alma mater. I belive that has been the norm for not just them, but many other NFL players who train at home or with personal trainers before the mandatory training camps start.

Many veteran players train elsewhere in the offseason, all throughout the league

It's only Rookies or Players learning the system (W. McGahee, S. McNair) that usually show up

u don't have to apologize for that. We all have the Ravens fever and there is not cure. In the offseason we long for news and reports about OTA's. Who showed up and who didn't. How does the drafted and undrafted rookies look. We comb the internet lookin for any news about the Ravens, hopefully being good. In the traing camp we all go out and watch our favorite team practice(or at least most of us would love to go). We buy tickets to watch a scrimage vs the Redskins, a game that has no indicate on how the season will turn out, but we still make it out to be a big deal. Then once the preseason starts we hope the Ravens play great in preparation for the season. The season starts and it is never long enough, even if we win the big game us as fan will still want to see more of our Ravens. Then it's right back to waiting for the draft and OTA's to start. So from the position i'm sitting in, you never have to aplologize for having the Ravens fever, because we all have it. Some of us are just able to mask it better then others.

p.s. Would u rather have he Ravens fever, or just be plain sick of your Browns. or happy as hell that one of your WRs piss came back clean.

all be sad to! and i never, ever want to make my fever for this team! the ravens just have a special group of MEN on both sides of the ball! its hard to explain! i love everyone that put the uniform on, and there isn't a single team in the nfl i can say tat about, even my beloved titans, i have a number of players i love, but with the ravens ITS EVERYONE, espeically the men on defense, every single bloody one of em!

Mini camps are learning the fundamentals of professional football for Rookies and practice squad players, and new players try to familiarize themselves with the offense. None of that really means anything though, they just want to get out there to show an effort and get reps in so as not to have a 5 month layoff coming into training camp.
