I love how this team is still fighting. The game is all but lost, but it's beautiful in a way how they're still playing hard.

we need a better passing attack to win these kinds of games when we're coming from behind.. We got a good foundation with Joe, we just need better targets cmon.

Precisely. Mase is going to retire for sure after this...Clayton hasn't lived up to his potential..I think Kelley Washington should be given another season.

The only good thing about these losses this season is that it shows us what this team needs to work on for next season:

- Finishing games; by having been competitive in every loss (save for this one), this team has shown how close it is to greatness.
- More tempo on offense; Flacco showed earlier in the season he's almost ready to take control, but Cam Cameron needs to hand him the reins while Flacco needs to work on his urgency at the beginning of games.
- Sticking to assignments on defense; this defensive unit improved after the bye week because they began to trust the scheme, and it showed.
- More aggression on offense; forget striving for balance, just find what works and stick to it early in the game and keep attacking.
- Discipline; the Ravens have been their own worst enemy, which is better than being blown-out but still ends in a loss nonetheless.

It looks like a lot of work, but it's really not. All that this team needs to work on, can be polished over the course of a standard offseason.

As for draft needs, those will develop quickly enough, but for now, this team has work to do, but not nearly as much as we assume.

Good summarization, Franny.

Not trying to be an ****** or a pessimist, but we kinda ruined Boller by throwing him to the dogs. Are we doing the same to Flacco? Something to think about.....

Had a bad feeling that was going to happen with the way everything else has happened tonight. Rather our season end on a pick that a sack like Brady's did.

Ravens Fans,

I am really quite shocked by what I am seeing. I never would have believed it had someone told how this was going to wind up in the end. My sincere condolences for the way things worked out. But just remember that the Steelers did not even get in the playoffs let alone winning against the patriots. We will just have to look forward to next season.

I hope Indy wins the superbowl. At least we can say we lost to the Superbowl champs. They are definitely playing on another level than us.
