The toughest part is getting 25 people over the age of 21 to start a Roost or a Nest. You might want to check the Ravens Roost website at http://www.councilrr.com to see if there is a Roost in your area first before starting one up. There is a huge Ravens Nest in Hartford County that has closed their membership and has a waiting list.
