I think it's only fitting we have to go thru Indy. Time to face the past and beat them down. It is our time

Exactly... I hope we kick their horseshoe butts !

Accept for a bad penalties, we could have beaten the Colts.

Another article I came across...Terry Bradshaw says this,
"I feel better about Indy beating the Ravens than anybody next weekend. If I had to bet on any of these games and I had $100 to save my life, I’m more comfortable betting on Peyton Manning against the Ravens. No disrespect now to them, but I do think the Jets will come closer to beating the Chargers than the Ravens will against Indy."
Kind of random to post it here but dont feel like finding something more suitable. just read

A guy drives up to Heinz stadium and walks up to the ticket counter and asks the clerk for playoff tickets. The clerk then responds " sorry sir, the steelers didnt make the playoffs this year". the man nods and drives away. the next day the same guy drives up to the stadium and walks over to the ticket clerk and asks to buy steelers play off tickets. the clerk responds the same " sorry sir, the steelers didnt make the playoffs this year". again the man nods and drives away. The next day he once again drives up to Heinz field and walks up to the ticket clerk and asks for steelers playoff tickets. the clerk responds " sir, this is the 3rd day youve been here, and ive already told you. The steelers didnt make the playoffs this year". The guy responds " Yeah, i know. i am from baltimore and i drive up here because i love hearing you say that"

HAHAHAHAHA, it made me laugh.

Couldn't of said it any better myself, you have to beat the best to be the best. We have humnled the patriots and many of their fans, it's time to go into Indy and do the same.

Let the "talking heads" continue with their biased BS. Yeah, Brady wasn't himself, bla bla bla.Hope both those articles are bulletin board material for the Ravens. We dominated NE on sunday, and if we bring the same game this Saturday we can/ will beat the Colts. Guess we need to win the SB to get any respect. I don;t care what they say, we're in and the Pats are out. Go Ravens!

I must say I sat there after the game, knowing every single Steelers, Bengals and Patriots fan was feeling it coz of us... how beautiful!!!!

Let people doubt, undermine and hate. We aren't even suppose to be playing this game and Indianapolis is the 'best team in the NFL', right? Who is under more pressure? Indianapolis? Who has the momentum? We do. I'll take that anyday, I've seen the Colts blow up in situations like this before.

I couldn't Agree more.

I got bored so I read through some of the threads in the Colts forum. So much confidence... as fans/forum members, it's not my thing. Seeing teams like the Raiders knocking off quality football teams should remind you that all that matters is how you play during the game. How you've played in the past or how good you can play is irrelevant.

Here's to hoping the Ravens pull off the "upset". :229031_cheer:

I'm really getting annoyed with what the media has to say this week. Its never whats right with the Ravens, its always whats wrong with the other team. We never get any credit. Our defense is barely getting any recognition for beating up on Brady; instead, everyone is now saying Brady was injured, or Welker was down, etc. I mean come on, even Belichick said injuries on their squad shouldn't be looked into too much, specifically about Brady.

This is annoying, nobody's giving us a chance....again. Can't wait for Saturday.

Maybe it's just me, but between Comcast Sports Network and MASN (seven Ravens shows) I don't really feel like the Ravens are being ignored. I know it's just the local coverage, but it works for me.

The trend continues: if the Ravens beat a team then that team is suddenly "nobody." It even works against Lady Brady and the Pats.

It's quite annoying but in a way it's kind of true. We usually beat the lousy teams and lose to the good ones. Denver was undefeated, but after they lost to us, they were exposed for the pretenders they really were. Pittsburgh well... we know how their season went. You could even look at our playoff wins last season. The Titans utterly collapsed after they faced us (0-6 at the beginning of the next season) and the Dolphins didn't make it back to the post-season either; of course, most teams don't make back-to-back appearances.

That said, if the Patriots are now insignificant, can we talk about the teams that aren't, like maybe the team that beat them?

It's not just this year, where we've feasted on the bottom feeders and only have "quality" wins against Pittsburgh (with Dixon, though) and San Diego. There were folks in 2000 claiming we were "lucky" New York had upset Minnesota. Though how you call a 40-0 whumping an upset, I have no idea...
