yea after half time that game is over... kinda make me feel better about our lost. they really couldnt get the job done... i wonder if they have any exuses to why they lost. so far the ravens gave them the hardest game. now time to beat the ""colts""

additionally Purple Pride, the outcome of this game should give every Raven fan no reason to doubt that we should be able to beat the "black and gold" in the final game of the season! ;)

eh i never thought we couldnt beat the steelers. its the bengels i hate playing. but the steelers are over rated in my mind.. everybody been saying the steeler were the only team that could beat the pats.. yet were the only one to come the closest.

wow......even though the Steelers lost...i would have thought that they would've put up more of a fight than what they actually put forth....

I know I'll be in the minority but personally.. for no better reason than pure football related hatred, I'm glad the Patriots took them down.

After tomorrow night's game (and yes, I'm going to extend this feeling as long as I possibly can before I have to do the inevitable), I officially become a Squeelers fan for next week.

I dont think we should underesimate the giants eaither. That will be week 17 and the pats will prolly be underesimateing the giants. Plus i think the giants is number 1 in the league in sacks, eagles and raven showed that Tom Brady diddnt perform as well under pressure, steelers diddnt really have near as much heat on Brady as they would have liked.I think they have the better chance defiently then the Dolphens.

If the pats make it to 15-0, you better believe they will OVERestimate the Giants if anything. Belicheat will definitely want his name in the history books for something other than 3 rings in 4 or 5 years, whatever it is.

you would think that he would have gotten the message that when he won the first superbowl (2001) both he and his team would go down in history....just like every other team that has done so....one just has to wonder..

Okay but your name in the record books isn't enough. You have to create something to talk about forever.

For instance: Jason White and Tim Tebow have both won the Heisman Trophy. But who, outside of Sooner fans, really even remembers Jason White? But people will remember Tebow for being the first sophomore to win it. Belicheat was being remembered for having the nearest semblance to a dynasty in the free agency times which was supposed to render dynasties defunct. But now that its come out those wins could possibly be tainted, he's gotta shoot for something else... a perfect season

think the same would go for Troy in College...he won the heisman and set the teams TD record and also Ran for his fair share of TD's as well.

At least your having a good season.

Yes and I still have my health. lol. Man I just can't stand Patriots fans. For once I'd just like to spit in their wounds for a change.

By the way, I like that kid Troy Smith and personally I think it's time for a head coaching change. The Ravens played an outstanding game against the Pats but then fell apart at the end. I couldn't help but think management had something to do with it. Billick had little to nothing to do with the success of that game. Ray Lewis and veteran leadership (from positions aside from QB) did. IMO.

Oh yeah, and I'm sure Ed Reeds back up not guaranteeing anything might have helped.

lol when a player guarentee's something like a win in their next upcoming game...i think that it raises the level at which the team is practicing/training at and it elevates everyone's thought process and anger can occur as a result of it.

Absolutely it does. Tomlin reprimanded him for it and few of his teammates let him know that it wasn't the thing to do.

Man I hate the Patriots almost as much as I love the Steelers.

i think that if anyone of our players did do such a thing.....it would not be said Verbally but more so in their overall gam-play and style.

"Steeelers Lost, i know its not raven related"

A Steelers loss is related to me being a happy Ravens fan.

Although, I was kinda hoping to see them knock off New England.
