For those of us who listen to sports talk radio, I would guess that people know who I am talking about. He calls in on a lot of the 105.7 the fan shows.

This guy seems to call around to all the Baltimore talk shows and sounds very professional. I do admit he is very factual and to the point. He seems to be very knowledgeable about all sports in general.

What I'm trying to say is, why doesn't Ed either start writing a blog or work on a radio station? I think he could host his own show and do a good job. The Ed Show.

Does anyone know who this guy is?

I know exactly who you're talking about, and I agree, he's one of the more articulate, well-informed Ravens fans I've ever heard call into a radio show.

Yeah, that guy is pretty funny. I mean he sounds like he knows what he's talking about, which is funny only bc 99% of the other callers are complete idiots.

He is an old man who writes down his thoughts and then calls the radio and reads from his script. Usually, they are un-necessarily wordy and use vocabulary just for the sake of injecting big word into his diatribe (kinda like that).

Yeah he does overuse vocabulary a little bit. Kind of like a high schooler who downloaded a term paper and nsedted random big words with the thesaurus. And yeah, you can tell he's reading by the way he talks.

Anita is someone who you don't agree with, but you get use to her over time.

I like when Mike Flynn takes over on the show once in a while.

I started watching her show on MASN back in 07, before 105.7 switched to sports talk. I couldn't stand her then, and I still can't. I only listen to her show on occasion because I respect Scott Garceau. Other than that I'd rather not listen to her regularly scheduled temper tantrums that occour daily. Hopefully she lands somewhere else and somebody useful like Weinman or Conn takes her spot.
