That last PI against Carr was bull. The receiver had his hands on the ball before Carr made contact. Personaaly I think Carr has been shaping up, and playing much better.

Never been one for the "refs hate Baltimore" theory but after watching the NYJ v Bengal game and seeing how Revis beat the crap out Ochocinco, I am beginning to wonder if the refs don't call the game, at least the PI penalties, a little different when the Ravens play.

Just my opinion.
