I hope Cam stays, but obviously him getting a HC job is a big promotion so I'd be happy for him... if he does leave, I'd like Hue Jackson to step in and take over. He has been just as instrumental in Joe's development as Cameron.

I can't believe how low you guys think of Cam. For those saying he is too conservative, do you not remember the beginning of the season? Its not like he has someone who he can trust on offense beside Mason.

I wont guarantee it, but if Cam leaves, we'll have no shot at the division title for a couple of years.

If Cam left, it would certainly hurt the offense but to say they would no shot at winning a division title is extreme.

Well this isn't any regular division. Probably the best defensive division in NFL. You need continuity and consistency on offense to even compete in the AFC North.

It's not like this is the NFC East. Usually, the divisional winner is Pittsburgh, Pitsburgh, or Pittsburgh. Then there's generally two lousy teams and a mediocre one.

I want Cam to stay, but you never know, we might end up with someone better.

He can't go anywhere until after the playoffs but I seriously hope he doesn't go anywhere. The offense needs the continuity. Bringing in someone else would probably mean installing a new system...will that help Joe and the guys at all?

Cam needs to stay because its important for a young QB to remain in the same system for a few years... I mean when Alex Smith had Norv Turner in San Fran a few years ago Smith looked like he could be good then turner took over the chargers and Smith regressed tremendously... I would rather Flacco have the stability of the same Offensive coordinator for 3 to 5 years before a change is made so he can develop all the tools to be a great QB and command the offense...

While sometimes this yr I think Cam got a little carried away letting Flacco throw 30 to 40 passes with 15 rush attempts... He just has confidence in Flacco to make the throws which don't always go as planned...

One thing is for sure Cam has the offense producing alot more than Billick did!!!
