yeah it must be great source of satisfaction for you to know that the name of "your" team was selected by a contest winner from Middle River, MARYLAND back in the late 50's, not to mention that the horseshoe emblem represents MARYLAND'S long and rich history as a horse racing state........

at least when we got a team, we had enough class to leave the history, logos, emblems behind for the people who actually had a history with that team........

Is there any way we can get monitors in here during the games so we don't have to listen to meaningless posts during the games? If people have something to add to the discussion, I am all about visitors from other teams stopping by. BrownsFan is a perfect example. But for those of us who want to talk about the game intelligently, can't the moderators please block people as they continue to instigate and post for the sole purpose of causing trouble. I just want to talk football and don't want to be berated by unnecessary and disrespectful banter.
