Wont happen. Smith is a free agent and wants out of Baltimore. He said he can start somewhere else and doesn't want to backup an avg QB. If he hits the open market, he will be snatched up immediately along with Michael Vick. Too many teams need QB's(raiders, rams, bills, and redskins)
