Tampa is the team I would assume as well. If not there then nowhere. Holmgren is going to likely fire that waste of a coach in Cleveland but for Bill to take a team that far in the toilet, and one in his old division, does not make much sense to me.

All signs are pointing to Tampa bay. Guess he's gonna try and pull a tony dingy and revive that sinking ship.

I just hope Cowher coaches somewhere where I don't have to see him. I really dislike that guy. It should be fun, though, when he gives postgame interviews to see how often he can include his bias for the Steelers - not that I'll watch any of his postgame interviews [unless it's after a game where the Ravens whooped whatever team he is coaching.]

I can see him going back to coaching, he is very good at what he does. I just hope what ever team he goes to the ravens demolish.

Carolina was a good option but Marty Hurney said that John Fox is going to finish off his contract.

Tampa Bay looks appealing, taking a team down in the dumps and possibly reviving them is an appealing idea to Cowher. But me personally, I can see him going into Dallas and making a huge difference, I think his personality fits the Cowboys team persona.
