I want to see our boys execute, stay injury free and most of all leave the Black Hole with a BIG W! I can not wait for our guys to feast on the league's 29th ranked rushing attack, force Frye to throw up some juicy ones. Here's to a clean injury free game, but most of all rip their heads off!

I dont know what you want them to do but we need to stop all the penalties and not take them very lightly. We need to run all runningbacks and control the clock. We also need to protect the quaterback. No stupid throws and no dumb mistakes. The game means something so all the ravens get out the purple power and get ready for the playoffs. And for the coordinator cam cammeron stop being crazy and stick to one plan use a 4 reciever set and all runningbacks. We need all the defense to play there hearts out. The ravens defense is going to veer there self all day long. I am proud to be a raven fan and will stand by them no matter what.

Looks like we're not the only ones with penalty problems.

The Packers have some penalty problems, too but that didn't help us much lol. Hopefully the Raiders will out under-perform us.

I feel that we will win...but I'm still alil nervous cuz this is the nfl and nothing is a given...I hope its a blow out and we dominate like we did against bears and lions...the raider have talent and if we let them hang around they will gain confidence and be tougher to beat...

They need to play with "the eye of the tiger" attitude. Play like you really want to win , this is a do or die situation which we all know. play hard and stop these penalties

in part with me looking forward to seeing how Flacco's instincts and awareness improved, i also want to see a complete game from all aspects from this football team as a whole, having just one or two units do their jobs (whether it be offense, defense or special teams) is definately not the formula in being a true playoff and potential Superbowl Contender.

I want to see a complete, disciplined organized unit that complete drives, finishes the opponent and completes the game with satisfaction. im sure players and coaches alike, have been working hard on different schemes and adjustments for when it comes to players and the TEAM coming through in the clutch of things.
I think we have a fair amount of examples here to prove my point, with the most recent being the Pittsburgh game in Heinz field. yea we start off strong (most times) but then just (to me) relax a little more later in the game and THATS when the opposition starts coming back, a complete game from here on out (if we are to make and go deep in the playoffs) is in dire need!, its not something to just keep ranting about time and time again.

IF we had finished every game we could very well be looking at a secured playoff spot by now and a potential first round bye for us to rest our weary players, but be that as it may.....we are...where we are, and fighting just to make it in right now.

Offensively (like i said) i want to see Flacco improve his awareness, step up in the pocket, feel the pressure instinctively, use his vision downfield and deliver the football on target and for peak sake, dont hold onto to the football for so long. for the O-Line...... help maintain a steady flow of protection so that flacco has trhe time necessary to find and deliver the football. i mean if our Quarterback is down on the ground with the football in his hands..... he's not doing our offense and team...much good. so good protection is vital!

As for the defense.....the front men in the trenches, maintain a steady flow of pressure on Frye and keep him moving. Force him to make plays on the run, and get him out of his comfort zone......the football law of logic is simple put...... if you can get a QB or anyone, out of their comfort zone....they are far less able to makea play for their team, thus increasing the potential for creating a turnover situation. Our Corners, as of late have been playing lights out, with the Absence of Ed Reed, Foxworth has taken the leadership role in the secondary and really stepped up and made some big plays for us.....as with the side opposite him, playing good coverage, and not allowing the WR's/players to make a play, is vital for our team to force then into 3rd and long....4th and long situations.

So with that said, i look forward eagerly to see how our Ravens will take this game.......as a team....or not.

The outcome.....is up to them......we must soon find out!

this report on nfl.com says its going to be sunny and mid-50s. Does this help or hurt the ravens? Obviously i say it helps because we'll be able to play the way we play best.

I don't think that the Ravens are going to take Oakland lightly. I also don't think that John Harbaugh reads these forums wondering what we think about the opposition so I AM taking them lightly. The Ravens haven't played down to their competition yet this year and with a playoff birth on the line I doubt they will start now.

I don't think Oakland is veiwing this as their superbowl either. Their superbowl was week 1 when they took SD to the wire.

Ravens win 31-10

Big game Sunday for the Ravens in Oakland. I would think there would be more chatter going on for the up coming game but it seems very quiet in the Ravens forum. Ravens need to win to get in and could face either the Patriots or Bengals in the playoffs.
Very big game for Ravens fans were is the talk?

Good luck guys! I mean that sincerely. It is going to be one very long but very fun day! Let the seeds fall where they may and let's see what grows! Here is hoping for a sound thumping of the Raiders and a safe and healthy day for all those involved.

Go Ravens!

Go Bengals!

Go Steelers! (yeah I said it! I would rather PUT them out of the playoffs than have them crying all offseason and half next year that the Bengals ducked them on purpose. Bring it on!)

I really see little Ray having a huge game for us, he will give us an early lead so we can just pound the rock with McGahee and McClain.

This season the Ravens have dominated when they needed to win. Coming off the bye week 3 game slump, we dominated the undefeated Broncos, when its all on the line the Ravens have a really stepped up.

Combine that with the fact that we haven't lost to a team that is under the .500 mark makes this matchup look great to close off the season.
